A new wind's blowing down the beach where Ty Segall's taking his afternoon surf. Electric and acoustic combined to cut deeper into the songs, whether they're going the wildly flailing route (A-side) or keeping it burning within (B-side) . Either way is cosmic awesomeness — cos-some!
Very interesting and unique, once again proves King Gizzard is about making what they want to make and letting the music sprout into beauty by itself rather than being about manufacturing lurid garbage. I concede I do not listen to it as much as their other albums, but it is still excellent; I feel however that there is a certain mood for this album. Overall excellent. BJC
